The ICT Reviews are entirely independent and are designed to offer the most practical solution for each organisation based on current technologies. I meet with Managers and ICT staff in order to assess the systems, web presence and policies currently in place at each organisation. The information that I gather is then used to make recommendations that are necessary for each organisation. The ICT review is tailored for each individual organisation based on the ICT understanding of its staff. Information on the estimated costs of implementing each recommendation can also be supplied upon request. The ICT Review can be treated as a working document and incorporates the aims and objectives listed in each organisation's Business Plan. An Independent ICT Review is the best possible way to find an appropriate solution for your organisation as there is no bias towards any particular brand or service. The information provided in each ICT Review can be used to find suitable ICT suppliers to implement the changes or even to have the work completed in-house.
