Our initial focus will be on remote patient monitoring combined with our industry-leading advanced analytics capabilities, which offer a real opportunity to change how patients with chronic conditions are treated and cared for. By accessing a patient's full Epic health record, we can identify the patients most in need and build automatic alerts for care providers to intervene with patients earlier to avoid unnecessary hospital readmissions. Our Compliance/Billing module ensures that the complex billing requirements for remote patient monitoring are complied with for Epic system providers.
