TelecomJobs.ie was created in 2019 to offer Irish telecom companies and the recruitment sector, an efficient, affordable and targeted way to attract talent in the telecommunications sector in Ireland. There are currently 20,000 people employed in the sector with 1,800 (9%) who are looking for a new position at any given time. There are 220 companies who also classify themselves as operating in the broader Irish telecoms sector. This would include niche sectors such as Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data analytics.
