TEKVA is a practical recovery system for working-age Australians under financial pressure. We're an ACNC-registered Public Benevolent Institution with DGR1 endorsement, helping people respond early when income loss, debt pressure, job disruption or a sudden shock starts pushing a functioning household toward crisis. We provide fast triage, a clear plan and practical support across four pillars: - Hardship support - Financial counselling - AI upskilling and digital literacy - Emergency grants Every person moves through four steps: Triage. Navigate. Stabilise. Rebuild. The plan comes first. Grants are provided only where they'll change the trajectory, paid directly to providers wherever practicable, and tied to an agreed plan. Humans make every service and funding decision. AI helps us triage, structure and speed up the work behind them.
