If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can receive a full refund upon receipt of the merchandise or you can get a replacement item in case of defect. To request a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery. Before you return an item to us, we need to issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
