Texas-based Tejas Fine Homes is a privately-owned residential real estate investment and development company. Founded in 2004, Tejas acquired or developed more than 350 residential real estate assets throughout Central and South Texas. The firm’s assets under ownership and development, exceeded $25 million in 2008. Tejas's founder, CEO and principals have a diverse background in the development, capitalization, leasing and disposition of multiple classes of single family and commercial assets. Tejas Fine Homes Corporation divested it's assets ceased business operations in 2010.
