We’re a charity that supports people through services including housing, education and skills. We believe home is more than bricks and mortar. It’s a feeling. A sense of belonging. It’s a community, with friends, family and the people or services you need around you.

At the United Welsh Group, we build homes, create communities, and transform lives. We provide almost 6,500 affordable homes for people across South Wales to enjoy a warm, safe place to live, with support from us. We work hard to make a difference and step up when our communities need us. Providing homes is just the start. We help people to live happily and independently. We tackle poverty, invest in greener communities, and challenge inequality at every turn. Our Group employs over 400 people and includes our repairs and maintenance service Celtic Horizons; timber frame home manufacturer Celtic Offsite and Harmoni Homes Ltd, which builds affordable homes and homes for sale. United Welsh Housing Association Ltd is registered with the Welsh Government (Reg. no. J099) and with the Financial Conduct Authority (Reg. no. 26623R). We are regulated under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014.

River Clyde Homes is one of Scotland's largest social landlords. We are a not-for-profit organisation, run by a tenant-led Board and regulated by the Scottish Housing Regulator. The Board of River Clyde Homes approves an annual Business Plan for the organisation. This reflects the key commitments made to tenants.
