Our USP is that we automate the data collection and reporting process so that small central estate teams can cost effectively manage large fragmented estates while empowering them to make the right strategic investment decisions We can provide a One Stop Shop for school specific estate services accessible through a national framework agreement that delivers enhanced value through long term strategic partnering. The TEEAM alliance includes: Barker Associates – comprehensive property consultancy firm EO Consulting – state of the art systems to facilitate data collection, analysis and reporting for improved resource allocation in the public sector Faithful+Gould – the global integrated built environment company Handsam – provides health and safety management to schools Zeco Energy – an energy solutions provided focused on using energy data to turn your energy cost into an energy asset Data is at the heart of our solution. We work with clients to automate the data collection and reporting process so that Multi Academy Trusts can manage efficiently their estates while empowering them to make the right strategic investment decisions. We offer different service levels so that academy trusts can either employ us as their Strategic Estates Partner or select individual services according to their needs, capability and capacity. We aim through a much more integrated solution to maximize the amount of funding received from central government that gets spent on improving and sustaining the school estate. Over the medium term our aim is to provide a total estate service adding transformational value for no more than 10% of the estate related funding that MAT’s receive from the Education Funding Agency
