TEDxTraverseCity Information

The inspirational day honors innovators who have passion, curiosity, creativity, and adaptability to change the world with revolutionary ideas. TEDxTraverseCity began in 2011 as the brainchild of Paul Sutherland of FIM Group and Tim Nelson of Northwestern Michigan College. It has grown into one of the most hotly anticipated annual events in the Traverse City area. The daylong event is intended to educate, inspire, and connect great minds. TEDxTraverseCity provides an opportunity to broaden understanding and knowledge to make the great Northern Michigan region one of the most exciting and promising areas. TEDxTraverseCity attendees will hear new ways of thinking, learn about breakthroughs, and be motivated by those accelerating innovation and improving the lives of citizens around the world.
