Tecnoricambi Spa operates according to a predetermined process from receipt of the request, either by telephone, by mail or fax, to billing using the latest electronic tools so we can always offer the customer a swift and quality service. Everything is traceable to perfection. In order to act according to our standards and to ensure that these general conditions of sale form an integral part of all contracts for the supply and sale of materials, we also need the cooperation of our customers, especially with regards to the following points:ORDERS: even when they are taken by telephone, verbally, by mail or by fax, they must still be submitted in writing by the client. The customer must also report all the information needed in order to identify the required product (description, reference number, product number, quantity). COSTS AND RISKS: All supply contracts are regulated under the clause ex-works (EXV) based in Trofarello (TO). Tecnoricambi Spa assumes no responsibility for the accomplishment of customs formalities required for exporting these products. The seller does not accept any responsibility for problems related to the transport of goods, where the carrier has been instructed soon the customer's request (free with a charge). PRICES: Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and, if not expressly stated in the order confirmation, ex-factory site Trofarello (TO). Prices do not include shipping costs, and therefore the standard packaging, a lump sum calculated as a percentage. Any special or customised packaging required by the customer will be billed at cost, according to specific agreements. PAYMENTS: Payments must be completed as specified in the order confirmation and addressed to the home of Tecnoricambi Spa. The customer will never, for any reason, suspend or withhold payment. Late payments, except for compensation for serious damages, shall be paid to the seller interest at the rate provided by D. Decree 231/2002. Methods of payment accepted by Tecnoricambi Spa are: cash, anticipated on receipt of order confirmation, end of month bank draft (30 or 60) days, bank transfer later this month (30 or 60) days. Only after direct agreements with the customer and reported in the order confirmation Tecnoricambi Spa may grant different terms of payment. DELIVERY TERMS: The terms of delivery shall be effective, unless otherwise agreed,after payment receipt. Tecnoricambi Spa is committed to deliver the ordered products within the time specified in the order confirmation. No compensation will be granted to the purchaser in case of any delay in products delivery due to major force or beyond the control of the seller. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS: All faults dependent on the quality of the material used or on the manufacturing process, defects due to normal wear and tear, alterations, or for arbitrary processing and misuse of the products, must be notified in writing within 8 days after delivery of material and authorized by Tecnoricambi Spa. The buyer in fact, with the approval of the Vendor and in order to enable it to evaluate the disputed defects, must arrange for shipment of products with a valid transport document (Number of authorization given must be in evidence) to the establishment Tecnoricambi Spa in Trofarello (TO). The seller does not accept any responsibility for any damage to persons or property that may occur during use or cause or depending on the products supplied. Tecnoricambi Spa does not guarantee that the products meet the specifications or technical characteristics or their suitability for particular uses except to the extent that such features have been agreed with the client in writing. RETENTION OF TITLE ': Products that have been sold remain property of Tecnoricambi Spa full payment has been made and received. PRIVACY: In accordance with Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, No. 196 - "Code for the protection of personal data" the data obtained will be treated by Tecnoricambi SpA exclusively for administrative, accounting and business purposes, using manual and computer systems.
