WireCo® is a leading global manufacturer of both steel and synthetic rope, specialty wire and engineered products serving a diverse range of end markets, geographies and customers. The consumable nature of our products and rigid replacement cycles result in a recurring revenue base over time. We operate 24 manufacturing facilities in 8 countries, which are supplemented by a global network of company-owned distribution facilities, consignment centers, distributor partnerships and sales offices. In addition, we have non-consolidated joint ventures with manufacturing activities in India, Spain, Norway, Greece and China. Our acquisitions have enhanced our leadership position by creating new growth opportunities, served to diversify and increase end market penetration and reduced our dependence on external wire suppliers.
