Techtomar Information

Techtomar is a newly established company founded by two former CEO’s of technology based companies. Their combined experience in technology, marketing and business strategy, defines the goals of Techtomar, namely to provide technology companies new insights into business model determination, growth hacking strategies and the search for potential partners. Wouter Danckaert holds degrees in law (University of Ghent – 2005), general management (Vlerick Management School – 2006) and public management (Antwerp Management School – 2011). He started his career as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2006. Two years later he became general manager of the Regional Development Council Streekoverleg Zuid-Oost Vlaanderen. End 2012 he left Streekoverleg to become partner and CEO of Inside Matters, a spin-off company of the University of Ghent, active in the field of 3D X-Ray Microscopy. After a successful period of growth and a successful investment round, Wouter recently decided to leave Inside Matters to establish his own consultancy company Techtomar together with Leiv Hendrickx. Leiv has a background in marketing and communication (Artevelde Hogeschool Ghent) and quickly discovered his passion for web and internet technology. As an autodidact he became a programmer at Techdata, responsible for setting up one of the first XML sales interfaces in Europe. Later he assisted in the start of Kiala, by working on different interfaces and platforms that formed the IT backbone of this company. He founded his own web development agency in 2008 (HaLe Communications) mainly focussing on Drupal development. He held the company until 2013 when he decided to offer his skills on a consultancy basis to large enterprises. In 2015 Wouter Danckaert asked him to take on a mission as growth hacker at Inside Matters. When Wouter decided to start his own consultancy company Techtomar, Leiv joined him as a partner.
