TechRoom, Inc. is an IT consulting and service firm established in 2001 and is based in Irvine, California. Our flagship product is Tech Concierge, a problem-prevention focused service program for professionals, including business owners, entrepreneurs, and executives. We deliver service throughout North America, Japan, and the United Kingdom. TechRoom provides a level of operational excellence, technical excellence and professionalism typically found in only the largest and most organized companies committed to quality, but with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness, something not found in bloated, costly IT teams. Our focus on problem prevention and continuous improvement, kaizen, allows us to provide lean, part-time, long-term service that enables our customers' greater success leveraging technology as part of their strategy. Mr. Coleman has served as an advisor regarding technical and customer service operations to numerous companies including Apple, Inc., Sony and HP. He focuses daily on every aspect of TechRoom and Tech Concierge customer service operations.
