We are technology specialists passionate about what we do! TechnoSavvy is a locally owned small business, dedicated to working with other local businesses to give them a competitive edge. With 10 years experience, we have just about seen and heard it all. “I hate computers”, “It’s so slow!”, “Why doesn’t it just work?” and some others that can’t be written here. But the one thing in common is the frustration that occurs when the machine you use everyday breaks down and stops you from working – you just want it fixed! What sets us apart is our ability to listen to you and speak in easy to understand terms, (also known as the English language) – not geek speak. We listen to your frustrations and complaints and then put mechanisms in place to reduce them. Computers and their accompanying systems are like a car. Be it new or old, your computer needs regular servicing for it to run well. New oil and filters are the equivalent of updates and virus protection. Without these your computer will cease to work and you may end up seizing the ‘engine’, a problem we all would like to avoid. We are TechnoSavvy and you can be too! Our clients are small and medium businesses struggling to keep up with the advancements in technology. They include retail, community groups, schools, aged care and basically anyone who uses a computer. Our customers are local mum’s and dad’s, grandparents, aunts and uncles with a desire to keep up with the times but lack the know-how or family connections to get them started.
