<p>Turgis Consulting has been rebranded as Royal HaskoningDHV Mining - to align with the larger parent company RoyalHaskoningDHV (RHDHV). <br> <br> RHDHV Mining (Turgis) continues to offer specialised technical professional consulting services to mining companies and financial institutions across the globe. The company remains privately owned and independent of all manufacturers and equipment suppliers. <br> <br> RHDHV Mining (Turgis) is proudly objective and innovative in its work, and is dedicated to the sustainable development of the mining industry. Founded in 1990 by Alex du Plessis, initial work was focused on assisting mining companies in the design and implementation of hydropower systems, and mining supply companies in developing value-add products and services for mining clients. Turgis has grown steadily over the years, focussing on providing clients with integrated, multi-disciplinary solutions to mining challenges. The company always sought to ensure that its work output was to the highest international standards. During the 1990s, Turgis focussed specifically on nurturing expertise in underground hard-rock mining and more recently expanded its multi-disciplinary service offering with the addition of environmental engineering and mineral processing capabilities, and in addressing all commodities, both in surface and underground mines. <br> <br> In 2008, Turgis merged with a large Dutch infrastructure engineering company, DHV Group BV. In 2012, DHV and Royal Haskoning officially merged and rebranded to form Royal HaskoningDHV (RHDHV). Bij Alliander werken circa 7.000 medewerkers. Wij zijn experts in het ontwikkelen, onderhouden en beheren van energienetwerken van hoge betrouwbaarheid; het inzichtelijk maken van energiestromen over die netwerken, zodat leverancier en klant elkaar vrij kunnen vinden en het helpen van klanten om over te schakelen naar duurzame vormen van energie. Wij staan voor een energievoorziening die iedereen onder gelijke condities toegang geeft tot betrouwbare, betaalbare en duurzame energie. Dat is waar wij iedere dag aan werken. Via energienetwerken zorgt Alliander voor de distributie van gas en elektriciteit in een groot deel van Nederland. Met ons werk maken wij wonen, werken, transport en recreatie mogelijk. Wij willen de samenleving versterken door vrije toegang tot de energie-infrastructuur mogelijk te maken en onze klanten meer inzicht in hun energieverbruik te geven. Alliander brengt een open en duurzame energiemarkt dichterbij. Onze belangrijkste taak is om gas en elektriciteit te distribueren naar consumenten, bedrijven en instellingen. De netbeheerder Liander houdt daarom de energienetten in goede staat, zorgt voor de distributie en sluit klanten aan op de energienetten. Omdat het energielandschap verandert, werken we aan een toekomstbestendig en open netwerk met plaats voor meerdere energie-aanbieders. Om inzicht te krijgen in energieambities overleggen we met provincies, gemeenten en andere klanten.
