Technology Leadership Forum Information

The TLF was founded in 2006 and became a locally registered charity in 2011. This program has achieved considerable success over the last few years coaching and mentoring young people who are pursuing careers in IT. As an additional benefit, the program also exposes local organizations to young up-and-comers whom will be appealing IT recruitment prospects in the near future. For an industry that is so dependent on foreign workers this can provide very valuable local access to new talent. Companies such as Ascendant/BELCO, Bermuda Hospitals Board, Bermuda Commercial Bank, Nova, First Atlantic Commerce, CCS, Logic, ACT and Ignition have all snapped up TLF graduates immediately upon completion of their studies based on their exposure to the program.
