Bill Dusch has B.S. degrees in chemistry and biochemistry as well as an M.B.A. Charles Spruill has B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in economics. Bill and Charles have more than 40 years of cumulative experience in the IT field. Technologies Edge has assembled a work force that can install cable/fiber in a building or a campus, then design, install and maintain the network that runs over the cable/fiber plus select the appropriate software(s) specific to the needs of the customer to support the customer's efforts to achieve its goals. Technologies Edge is interested in long-term partnerships with its customers. Technologies Edge has been in business since 1997 and a significant number of its customers have been with them for the majority of those years. I've had the privilege of working with Technologies Edge for almost a decade and continue to rely on their guidance for hardware and software decisions. Most recently, they played a major part in our Citywide Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Project. The IT team helped to solve a number of major networking hurdles as well as improving the interface and reporting. Without the support and guidance of Technologies Edge, my staff would not have been able to complete the Project in the time frame we accomplished. In addition to this Project, Technologies Edge has been instrumental in helping us to automate our workflow process utilizing CityWorks. This has significantly reduced our operational costs and provided a higher level of customer service to our citizens. W. Melton
