We've been established since 1998, are a nice company to deal with, are customer focused and passionate about our Mailsafe product that we've designed, sell, install and support. Our customers range from Small Accountant practices with four users, up to large NHS sites with over 19,000 users. We've listened and learned what our customers want from an email archiving product and incorporated their suggestions into today's market leading email archiving product. An Outlook Addin means that Mailsafe is easy to use. With a SQL server or MySQL database at its core together with a separate single instance Mailstore the searching, finding and email retrieval process is very fast. Most of the 'pain points' that both the IT Department and Outlook users suffer from have been cured with modules that have already been integrated into Mailsafe. For example email compliance, individual Personal Folder details are retained, user side archiving, PST File issues, automatic Mailbox size reduction to name just few.
