TechAngle is constantly developing new and exciting products for the business market. The goal of all of our designs is to create a product that fits the needs of the customer as well as fitting their budget. Many of our current products are also undergoing re-development to help make them better. Currently under development is our eTix system. eTix will allow online helpdesk and service requests to be issued by employees, approved and tracked by managers and archived for reference and analysis. We are expecting the eTix System to be live early Q4 of 2001. Soon to be completed is an upgrade to our Firewall/Proxy servers that would allow employees of a business secure access via the Internet to their corporate network. Similar products exist in the market today, but the pricing is not targeted at the small and medium sized businesses that could benefit from this connectivity technology. This new product, currently based on our Talosys software from which are Firewall/Proxy servers are built, is due out by February as an upgrade module to Talosys. The working title is IAM, the Internet Access Module. Also under development is our Shared FAX Server. This FAX server would allow access from any network client that speaks TCP/IP. In this way the use of the SFS is not restricted to just those operating systems where a client software has been developed. Additionally, the server will not require an expensive special FAX board to operate, but only a standard FAX/Modem. In this way we continue in our commitment to small and medium sized businesses to make affordable solutions to help make them more successful.
