Tech Training Simplified Information

As a training company we find it is very important for us to prepare our students for the working world regardless of culture, personality, gender, or any other possible barrier. Technical students must learn what all the technical terms mean, how to properly use them to communicate, how to be prompt, dependable, trustworthy, and solve problems. Our roles as a teacher is to guide students with real life experience and knowledge from working in the field and help them become what's expected of them so they may become gainfully employed. We want all my students to not only be able to understand and apply the material, but also to be quite capable of figuring out new problems all on their own. We want all of our students to understand integrity is extremely important in the technical field as well as the ability to fix issues even if they have never seen them before. They must learn to research, question why, work independently, and also in a group. But even more important, they must understand how to communicate with others who are not in the technical field, and they must learn to exercise patience with users that need their help. In our teaching pedagogies, we make every effort to combine activities that are active learning, student centered, but also led with lecture or explanations where they need it. In short, we use a combination of most pedegogies depending on the situation at hand and the lesson that is needed. It is extremely important to keep learning and to continue to modify your approach to relate the material to your students. It is also important students are welcomed in a warm manner and they are comfortable in approaching us so we can help the students who really need it. We know our approaches are very different than many other training companies, but we feel this is why students continuously fill up our classes.
