We were encouraged by the positive responses from employees when we announced we were going Google. Working with Google and Techconsultants Systems, in one weekend in November, we took 23,000 users live, and a total of 28,000 users live globally within six months. Techconsultants was a natural fit. Everyone Ive worked with is absolutely amazing. DroneDeploy has drastically reduced their year-over-year costs, and a large part of this is due to the easy scalability they enjoy on GCP. In the data center, we couldnt autoscale. On GCP, its just a click of a button. Working with Techconsultants has enabled us to grow rapidly. Reltios vision is to fuel the experiences of the future that matter most to our customers. Thanks to GCP and Techconsultants, we are able to fulfill our mission and vision faster. Techconsultants was a guarantee that our GCP migration was going to work. We didnt just get a bunch of help tickets and credits; we could actually pick up the phone and talk to someone its a partnership. We wanted to throw everything [into a data lake], a customer repository and everything, and we had a unique approach to managing and leveraging it. We talked to Google, and they recommended Techconsultants. At first, it was difficult to explain what we needed to do, but Techconsultants engaged their consulting and technical resources and delivered. We plan to be on GCP indefinitely. Googles internal team and the TAM team at Techconsultants both work with us very closely; theyre a phone call away if we have any questions. Other services, like AWS, didnt give us anywhere near the customer service we get from Techconsultants and Google Cloud, and the GCP infrastructure and services have been running flawlessly. We have no complaints, and no plans to switch. Our experience with GCP has been so positive that it has built a tremendous amount of trust from our team. Theres a strong relationship element.
