TEC’s motto is PEACE – Positive Education Always Causes Elevation and it drives our culture, our decision making, and the way we work with our clients. TEC helps organizations with their strategic growth plan for partnerships, programmatic quality, building capacity of their team, creating and managing successful teams, leading with empathy, and thinking with equity in mind. Everything is centered around human-design equity thinking. TEC's latest product is I am a Black Woman, Yes I Matter, a social media community and platform that also has a YouTube channel of featured guests and relevant topics. I am a Black Woman, Yes I Matter elevates the voices of Black Women to a wide, inclusive audience and discusses such topics as COVID 19, financial empowerment, entrepreneurship, education, health, and politics with the goal of creating sustainable and actionable change. I am a Black Woman, Yes I Matter series is about creating community and spaces for dialogue and sustained action. Through I am a Black Woman, Yes I Matter, TEC seeks to close the racial and gender equity gaps and improve sustainable generational wealth building in black communities. We were born out of the history of the work that our founder, Kwamara has been doing to promote sistahood, community, and empowerment for over 20 years.
