TEC is a consulting & research company dedicated to climate services. We support all stages of project development and implementation, from carrying out initial overviews to the final evaluation of plans and programmes. This global approach is essential to run sound climate change adaptation policies (sector-specific vulnerability studies and adaptive policies) & mitigation policies (transports, energy efficiency, behaviors, etc.) We provide solutions and services for the development of strategic studies, project design, methodological advice, project management and evaluation, and capacity building programmes (training sessions). At international level, we have established long-term relationships with UN agencies such as UNDP, UNEP, UNESCO, World Tourism Organisation, the Blue Plan for the Mediterranean (Plan Bleu), and with other public agencies such as GIZ or the French fund for the environment (FFEM). At national scale, TEC works for French local authorities (cities, regions,...), the Ministry of environment and the French agency for energy efficiency (ADEME). With our ability to skilfully navigate between consultancy and research, we provide our clients with in-depth and innovative analyses, constant monitoring of emerging trends in climate policies, and support at all project steps.
