TearSolutions Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing novel ophthalmic therapeutics. Lacripep is a first-in-class synthetic peptide derived from the human tear protein "lacritin". In preclinical and early studies, Lacripep has been shown to support active wound healing and promote functional reinnervation of the corneal epithelium.
