It all started with international adoption from a Ukrainian orphanage. Conditions in the orphanage prompted Children's T.E.A.M.'s MyTEAM Program Analyst, Amanda Clark, to recruit pediatric therapists to volunteer to visit the orphanage. Beyond Ukraine, global outreach expanded to Belize, Guatemala, China, and Rwanda. The goal is to support care providers, educators, and parents by offering individualized treatment plans, equipment, training, and resource support to improve the quality of life for children with disabilities.
