Established in 2015. Teamwork Bloomington is committed to building a healthier community by empowering individuals to build themselves through whole food nutrition, intelligent exercise programs, family and fun. We train elite athletes, great grandma's, and everything in between! We are the offseason training home to the area's best basketball players (and their parents!) Teamwork was founded by Rod Root and Erin Parks. Indiana ranks 47th in overall physical wellbeing, and Rod and Erin knew that had to change. As proud Hoosiers, they aimed to start with the Bloomington youth and their parents/grandparents. Their message and their health results have been contagious and they are truly making a dent in the obesity epidemic that is hampering our state and it's citizens.
