How we work We work as an embedded engineering partner, not a staffing vendor. Our dedicated teams of 2–15 engineers support engagements ranging from 3 months to 4 years, taking ownership from discovery and architecture to delivery, scaling, and long-term support. We stay until the solution is running reliably in production, not just until the code is delivered.
