When something happens in school, teamSOS connects everyone. teamSOS is incident management and emergency response for schools, colleges and trusts. Any member of staff can call for help from the device in front of them, and it goes straight to the people who handle it. There are two ways to start. teamSOS Lockdown is emergency response for the whole site. Staff can raise the alarm from any device, leaders can lock down, evacuate or invacuate the school in seconds, and everyone replies OK or NOT OK so you can see who is safe. teamSOS Enterprise is the complete incident platform. Behaviour, medical, safeguarding and more are routed to the right team, escalated if no one responds, guided by your own procedures on screen, and recorded back into your systems, such as SIMS, CPOMS, MyConcern and Bromcom. The full Lockdown capability is included. For trusts, teamSOS rolls out across every school with shared emergency templates, room for each school to add its own, and an alert to the trust team the moment one of its schools has an emergency. For Martyn's Law, teamSOS covers the four public protection procedures (evacuation, invacuation, lockdown and communication), with the evidence recorded automatically.
