TeamingStream was founded in April 2008 in Oulu, Finland. Our mission is to develop efficiency, productivity, quality and innovation at workplace. We create visual, immersive and engaging 3D learning environments and content for team-building, leadership, and multicultural collaboration training. Despite the young age of the company, the history of our offering goes back to the year 2002, when the first generation of the game was developed for research purpose to find out whether computer games could be used for learning. After three product generations, and countless learning game sessions a new learning product called NoviCraft™ was published in 2008. In 2009 NoviCraft game was granted with the best e-learning solution of the year –award in Finland’s E-learning Center’s competition (E-oppimiskeskus). The jury valued the innovative approach of the product and commented: ”NoviCraft is an innovative serious game improving the collaboration of teams. Playing NoviCraft if challenging, fun and catching. It is easy to act as a team and the feelings shared success is rewarding.” TeamingStream is a subsidiary company of LudoCraft Ltd.
