TeamData by Personal Information

TeamData, by Personal, Inc., enables companies, employees, consultants and teams of any kind to collaboratively manage and protect information they constantly need. TeamData replaces insecure and inefficient solutions for storing and sharing sensitive information like spreadsheets, email and messaging. Our privacy by design platform greatly reduces the risk of data breaches and unsanctioned copies of corporate data while making data accessible to those with permission. Unlike other information security solutions, TeamData reduces friction and increases productivity, saving both time and money. Once implemented, nobody has to manage the same information twice. We also help ensure business continuity if an employee leaves by providing control of corporate information. We use machine learning to identify and map thousands of the most commonly used data types in the workplace and across different industries. Organizations can set up teams and assign permissions to data. Individual team members each get their own TeamData account, which can also be used for private data outside of work. Access to company data can be easily revoked if required. TeamData is free to try, and requires a SaaS subscription based on max team size. It is available on Android, iOS, web (teamdata.com), and as a browser extension. You can also set up your own team using Slack single sign on or by importing data and team members using CSV files or our APIs. Contact us for a free data strategy consultation.
