These positions include: •A Listing Coordinator trained to handle all aspects from pre-marketing to pending contract. •A Transaction Coordinator trained to handle all aspects from contract to closing. •Buyer Agents trained to handle all property inquiries swiftly in order to promote the quick sale of inventory. •An extensive team of licensed contractors who can re-key and secure a property within 24 hours, complete trash-out and initial yard services, and provide ongoing property maintenance in addition to providing competitive repair bids.
