Team RED is a student team from the Eindhoven University of Technology that aims to accelerate the energy transition through an innovation guiding platform. We do this by collecting energy data from the buildings on campus, to create an interactive map through which this data can be clearly communicated to a user. The users can then run simulations to demonstrate the impacts that different technologies have on the grid and work to optimize the system or compare different alternatives. In this way, the interactive platform can help to simplify complex, multi-actor scenarios, into a user-friendly output.
