The company was founded in 1990 by our Principal Consultant, Ron Adie, who is widely acknowledged as having an especially high level of expertise in training design and program facilitation. Our consultants and facilitators work throughout Australia for many diverse clients including large companies, government and educational institutions, non-profit community organisations, small businesses and private individuals. Our 'tailor-made' training and coaching programs are clearly responsive to client needs and considerable effort is expended to discover what the client wants for its workers and to deliver it in extremely practical, skills focused programs.
