TEAM Concepts was founded in 1995 by an entrepreneurial group of women with vast experience in both international staffing firms and large individual firms in the South Florida market. They wanted to start a company that delivered personalized attention and the highest standards of customer service to both employers and job seekers, and TEAM Concepts was created. We have built one of the largest networks of contacts within South Florida, allowing us to conduct any search based on our clients’ specific needs.
