Right now, there are teams, departments, and whole companies creating and living the future of organizational culture. It’s a future where organizations are living entities with evolving purposes; where teams of colleagues self-organize, and leaders play the role of enabler rather than blocker; and where everyone is encouraged to bring their whole selves to the task at hand. We believe in the potential of this way of organizing, and we want to help bring this corner of reality into the spotlight.
