Having mentored over 8,000 ICU nurses, I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to keep nurses engaged, supported, and fulfilled. Now, I’m taking that momentum to build something even bigger, an enterprise-level solution rooted in the heart, impact, and deep industry insight of a nurse.
