Teaching Support Information

We specialise in recruiting Teaching Assistants and Teachers for SEN and mainstream schools because we recognise that these role's are becoming much more integral in schools. In line with that we aim to work in partnership with schools to find the best possible match both in terms of experience and to fit with the school ethos. SEN children have specific educational, social and emotional needs. In line with this, we have teaching assistants with qualifications that help them meet the needs of each individual child. In addition to this, our teaching assistants are often NVQ L3 qualified with additional training in numeracy and literacy. Further, they often have qualifications in positive behaviour management such as Team Teach and tools to overcome communication barriers such as but not limited to British sign language, Sign along, Makaton and PECS. Our Schools know that they can rely on us for a specialist teaching assistant should they require extra support for SEN pupils and general cover for both cover positions and permanent posts.
