חותם הוא ארגון חינוכי-חברתי, הפועל לקידום שוויון הזדמנויות דרך החינוך. החזון שלנו הוא שלכל ילד וילדה בישראל תהיה את הזכות לבחור את העתיד שלהם, ללא תלות ברקע ממנו הם מגיעים. אנחנו מגייסים ומכשירים אקדמאים ואקדמאיות ללא תעודת הוראה, למנהיגות חינוכית והוראה משמעותית ומקדמת שוויון. Teach First Israel is a social-educational leadership program promoting equal opportunities in education. We believe that every child in Israel has the right to choose their own future, wherever they live and whatever their socioeconomic background. TFI trains and develops a high-quality community of teachers and educators with the vision and leadership skills to lead change in Israel’s social periphery. TFI, founded in Israel in 2010. It operates in over 440 schools throughout the country, and there are now more than 1500 active TFI teachers.
