Torrance Diamond Diagnostic Services A Veterinary Clinical Pathology service, owned by vets, for vets. TDDS provides a high quality diagnostic results service to help Veterinary Surgeons deal with the daily challenges of practice. TDDS is a member of an idiosyncratic laboratory group owned by veterinary pathologists for veterinary surgeons in practice. The Veterinary Pathology Group maintains a very strong position with the top referral centres in the UK and Ireland while at the same time offering a widely accessible service to match the breadth of the challenges facing practising Veterinary Surgeons in all forms of practise. We employ courier drivers in our own vehicles which now cover large swathes of the UK and Ireland picking up samples every night. What We Do We offer all aspects of clinical pathology diagnosis within the group including unique offerings in PCR, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry and toxicology. We are known for outstanding expertise in cytology, haematology, histopathology, immunohistochemistry and PCR. TDDS is developing a ground-breaking approach to the marriage of cytology with molecular testing (qPCR) of samples to enable contextual identification of pathogens and tumour clonality. This approach will take minimally invasive methods of diagnosis to a new level of sophistication.
