We help leaders navigate the AI Revolution and build their adaptability skills, through TDcatalyst, an independent advisory practice centered on experiential learning. AI workforce transformation fails more often at the seams than at the center. The seams sit between three disciplines that almost never live in one advisor: Deep AI product, Global Consulting, and Talent Strategy & Operations. - Product leaders know the technology but rarely the organizational change it demands. - Consultants know the change but rarely the operator reality underneath. - People leaders know the workforce but rarely the product constraints shaping it. The work we do draws on all three. We are currently working on an experiental program nurtured in millenary evolution and adaptability practices, compounded by leading strategy frameworks, targeted at executives leading their organization’s AI transformation. Fluent in French and English, with good notions in Spanish. We will be writing at the intersection of AI, people, and organizational change.
