TCON is an architectural builder based in Surrey Hills, working across Melbourne's inner east, inner south east and Bayside. The work is complex residential construction, heritage renovations, basements and interior fitouts, delivered for homes designed by some of Australia's leading architects. Every project is architect-led and treated with the same delivery discipline, from concept design through handover. Our approach centres on early contractor involvement. We join the project at concept design to align scope, budget and buildability before plans are finalised. Feasibility estimates produced through this process are historically within 10 per cent of the final contract value. Every build is wrapped by the TCON Pre Construction Program at the front and TCON Build Care from handover onwards, so the project is protected before the first excavation and supported long after the last defect is closed.
