TCK Training Information

Raising kids abroad should be an amazing experience with lasting benefits — that's what we help families and organizations make real. TCK Training provides research-based training and support for Third Culture Kids (TCKs) — children raised abroad in globally mobile families — and the adults who walk alongside them: parents, schools, military families, missionaries, churches, and organizations serving globally mobile teams. Since 2016, our research has drawn on data from more than 2,000 TCKs across 92 nationalities, and our work now spans 19 countries. We turn that research into practical, hope-filled resources: books, workshops, certifications, coaching, and consulting — plus free tools like our Expat Family Connection Kit and TCK Resilience Building Kit — so families and organizations don't have to navigate cross-cultural upbringing alone. We've supported teams at the World Bank, S&P Global, UNICEF, Dakar Academy, Morrison Academy, Rift Valley Academy, the Child Safety and Protection Network, Pioneers International, Cru, and Barnabas International, among many others.
