TC Ventures is an investment company that looks to invest in high-quality businesses and is funded by Transaction Capital Limited. We are different to typical private equity in that we do not have a defined exit horizon. As such we have the flexibility to hold assets over long periods of time. We primarily look for established, larger businesses but can invest in earlier stage businesses if the growth prospects are highly attractive.
