We have been installing & maintaining Trend Control Systems for many years providing full automation and energy reduction strategies for many clients. Trend Controls Systems have developed BACnet integration with their latest IQ4e range of controllers to allow open communications to many systems such as packaged AHU's & Natural Ventilation such as WindowMaster. The controllers are web based with full backward capability to even the oldest of Trend controllers, allowing both old and new systems to co-exist. For smaller projects or budgets, our Data Management Solution can quite often fit the bill, where we can Monitor & Target Energy Usage into an IoT web based platform & with the addition of extended I/O we can control small to medium size plant rooms, so perfect for schools or small to medium sized office blocks. Contracting Out: We also offer larger BMS system houses the use of our skills through competitive day rates during their times of peak work loads, this allows them to iron out the peaks & troughs without the need to take on another full time member of staff. We can fill the gaps, with BMS design, software engineering, project management, site commissioning & supervision & BMS graphics where needed, including MCC Panel modifications & Upgrades, not to mention the use of our integration skills using Modbus, Mbus, Dupline & BACnet.
