TAVS USA — Training | Access | Verification | Support — is a volunteer driven nonprofit with the national initiative of helping veterans, former first responders, and their families find high-growth careers in the telecom and IT industry. Our 12-week readiness program delivers the alternative equivalent of 12 months of real-world experience—equipping participants with verified skills, credentials, and direct access to career pathways and entrepreneurship all at no cost to the participants. We combine immersive training with mentorship, ongoing support, and a professional network to ensure long-term success. TAVS USA serves veterans, former first responders, and their family members, empowering them to build meaningful careers through practical, industry-focused learning. Whether a participant is 25 or 55, transitioning or retired, we meet them where they are—with a mission-first mindset and a clear plan forward. We work with a range of strategic partners to close the skills gap while positioning service-minded individuals to take advantage of high-demand opportunities. Our goal is to place 100,000 veterans, former first responders, and their family members into stable, upwardly mobile careers over the next 10 years, both full-time employment and self-employment.
