For our retail partners we offer: - A web application to transfer/redeem loyalty points to and from the consumers digital card - Partner dashboard to view transactional data - Onsite marketing support - In-app special offers and notifications to consumers For consumers we offer: - A downloadable digital card to earn and redeem loyalty points (can be stored in phone wallet) - A digital wallet to store and manage those loyalty points and recieve AI personalised recommendations - Smart notifications (events, special offers & promotions) - Gifting (gift food/drinks, cheers feed) - Gamification (quizzes, raffles, challenges and badges) - Fintech Edge (BNPL tab, ILN Pay, AI engine) - Coupon generation to redeem earned points online For those businesses that require direct PoS integration, simply integrate our API endpoints to your systems to enable the flow of order value details (in realtime) to our scanning device for automatic points/rewards calculation. We also provide an API for any business (online and offline) to connect to, allowing their customers to send their loyalty rewards to the ILN digital wallet.
