Tau Innovative Solutions is a privately owned diverse company, founded in 2013 in Kazakhstan. We offer services of consulting on green building solutions, sustainable development, and energy-saving technologies. We are especially strong in the creation and management of waste management projects. Waste Management Services: - Development of waste management concepts and projects; - Project management; - Selection and supply of equipment; - BREEAM and LEED certification consultations in the field of waste collection, segregation, and recycling; - Temporary storage and removal of Solid Municipal Waste; - Consultations and equipment for hazardous waste; - Custom equipment; - Sustainable project development; - Logistics and waste refuse vehicles; - Development of standards for waste management. Services and consulting: - We help with the selection of design and construction companies that should be given an opportunity to bid on the project based on their reputation for quality, experience, and reputation; - Preparation of necessary bid documents; - Review of the bids received to assess the relative merits of each and assist the owner in awarding the contract, as well as in preparing (from a business perspective) an appropriate contract (owner will have legal representation); - Regular site observations of the contractor and subcontractors during the construction phase, and sign off on construction drawings to assure that scheduled payments are made, with appropriate holdbacks, when predetermined work has been completed; - Assistance, where necessary, with the government approval process (i.e., permits); - Final sign-off on the project, assuring that the final project represents what was originally conceptualized and captured in the working drawings.
