The original goal of Target Scouting was to develop an online database that would compile multiple match reports on players before the creation of player reports. After a brief break, Target Scouting resumed in December 2022, with Josse van Bakel and Jeroen Tegelaers as the co-owners. Target Scouting’s mission is to facilitate an ideal pathway into the football industry, using our established and big platform for support and visibility.
