TAP is a Palestinian-Dutch job search accelerator that guides job seekers across the Arab world on how to land the jobs they deserve. At TAP, we believe talent is everywhere in the Arab world, but opportunity isn’t. That’s why we’re on a mission to guide job seekers on how to create their own job opportunities and become self-sufficient in today’s competitive market. Over the past five years, we've tested and refined what works. In 2024 alone, we helped create 116 jobs, and we’re just getting started. Now we’ve taken everything we’ve learned and built a job-hunting program that blends personalized career coaching, AI-powered tools, and a supportive community with a clear, results-driven roadmap. We guide fresh graduates, early-career talent, and experienced professionals toward better jobs and more fulfilling careers. We also partner with NGOs, upskilling programs, bootcamps, universities, and youth development initiatives to equip their communities with the strategies needed to navigate today’s job market and secure opportunities independently.
