TAOK VISUALS operates out of League City, Texas. Office visits are by appointment only. Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST Production days, off-site shoots, and consulting sessions may vary. Weekend availability is limited and by special arrangement only. Meetings & Scheduling: All meetings — virtual or in-person — must be scheduled in advance. We do not take unscheduled drop-ins or same-day calls. This ensures we protect the integrity of our creative and production process for every client. Client Communication: We operate on intentional communication windows. Clients are encouraged to use our designated Slack channel, email, or portal for updates. Strategy calls are booked in advance and held with clear agendas. Our average response time is within 24–48 hours during business hours. On-Site Filming & Production: Filming sessions are scheduled with a minimum 7-day lead time. We provide a detailed pre-shoot checklist and require confirmation of attendance, location, and deliverables prior to all sessions. Consulting & Advisory Clients: Consulting and fractional services follow their own scheduled cadence. Monthly sessions are pre-booked and any changes must be requested with at least 48 hours' notice. Reschedules & Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any reschedule or cancellation. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee to cover resource allocation and studio time.
